Stargazer, a manufacturer of American-made cast iron cookware based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, was founded in 2015. Their highly-acclaimed skillets are renowned for their smooth surface finish and modern, practical design, designed for performance.

Stargazer Cast Iron was founded in 2015 by housewares designer Peter Huntley. Dissatisfied with the lack of quality and accountability in modern goods manufactured overseas, Huntley set out to build a product and a company that could be held to a higher standard. Convinced that people should have access to high-quality, well-designed cast iron at a reasonable price, he designed the first Stargazer skillet in the summer of 2015, producing the initial run of 250 skillets himself.

The skillets then undergo a meticulous hand-finishing process, where craftsmen grind and smooth the surface to a micro-textured finish.

After a final inspection, each skillet is packed in a box made just a couple of miles down the road from the factory, and shipped from Stargazer's headquarters in Allentown, PA. Stargazer cookware is built to last many lifetimes and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

Stargazer skillets are 100% non-toxic and made of grey iron, with a seasoning blend of canola, grapeseed, and sunflower oils that is non-GMO, vegetarian/vegan friendly, and free from soy, peanut, and gluten.
